Shipping policy
We operate as a small team with a local independent warehouse, so please note that processing times may be longer than those with big corporations.
Shipping Times
When checking out, the estimated shipping time indicates the amount of time the carrier (UPS, USPS, DHL) will need to deliver the package to you - this does not include our warehouse's processing and packaging time.
USA - allow 1 week for an order to arrive.
Canada & Mexico - allow 3-4 weeks for an order to arrive
International UPS Expedited - allow 1 month for an order to arrive
International DHL Standard - allow 3 months for an order to arrive
Please carefully keep an eye on your tracking number in case there are any issues with your package, like it being held at a pickup point, especially for International orders! While we do not have control over the package once we hand it off to the carrier, we cannot do anything about a package's issue if you do not tell us it has one. The faster you contact us with an issue, the more likely we are to be able to resolve it. After 90 days have passed from the shipping date, we are unable to open an investigation or file a claim for your package, so please ensure you reach out before then.
Processing Times
Our new warehouse has a small but mighty team who will be packing and shipping orders Monday - Friday! Any order placed before 11am will ship the next day, but this also means you may not be able to make changes to your address or order, so please make sure everything is correct before placing it - or reply to your order confirmation email as soon as possible!
Shipping Rates & Carriers
All of our rates are automatically calculated by the carriers listed. We receive discounts through our warehouse, but we are still a very small business, so our discounts are not sizeable yet. We are constantly looking into new ways to lower shipping costs while attempting to lower our carbon footprint!
Missing, Stolen, or Lost Packages
Once we hand your package off to a carrier, the package is, literally, out of our hands. We have no control over the status of your package, so please carefully watch your tracking number in the event that your carrier has an issue. We are only able to refund or replace an order if the carrier marks the package as 'lost' through a claim and subsequently refunds us for the insurance, which can only be filed in tandem with us and requires you to reach out as soon as possible.
In the event that your package was marked as successfully delivered and the claim is denied, we are not able to replace or refund your order. If your location is liable to package theft, we strongly recommend using a more secure address or having your carrier hold it at a pickup point. After 90 days have passed from the shipping date, we are unable to open an investigation or file a claim for your package, so please ensure you reach out before then.
